So when I said that receiving updates from my mother was another post entirely....
I really, really meant it. But I felt like I was throwing her under the bus so I deleted everything I had typed and now I'm starting from scratch.
I have a question for you...If you were a paycheck where would you be? And if you say safely in the bank you can kiss my ass.
I only ask because I misplaced my check between last Wednesday and Tuesday morning and I cannot find it anywhere. And it kind of stinks because it's a bi-weekly thing and um, it's pretty much my car payment.
ugh.
Another question, this one rhetorical...
How, when I'm labeling my posts, did I screw up the Day One, Day Two thing? I mean, c'mon, HOW? If November 1st was day one, how could I not keep that complicated system going? I'm like two days off already and it's only seven days in.

ooh the paycheck thing bites. I'm sure you've done the 'retraced your steps thing' and the 'maybe I went into the closet I never go into' thing and the 'some alien took it and hid it in a very very odd place' thing. I usually find things in the most obvious of all places cause I'm too busy looking for where the aliens might have taken it. I hope it comes up. Really. Really.
And I am so mad that I missed Peyton pouting. Doggone it. They didn't mention that on the radio (or perhaps I was WAY too busy screaming and yelling and cheering in the car to notice?)
Try looking in the book your reading ... could it be the bookmark?

If you were a paycheck in *my* house, and not in the trash (which is the kind of thing that happens to me), then you are someplace ridiculous: drifted under the couch, stuck to the back of a magazine by static cling, in the freezer. Not because I am insane, but because I have this tendancy to pick up more than I intended to & don't realize that something I don't want to go in the freezer is stuck to the other side of a box or what have you.
I'm thinking in your car? But yeah... should be in the bank! haha...
