My next door neighbors bought this cottage last year. It originally belonged to her grandfather, then her mom and now it's her's (or her and her husband's) and they decided to tear it down and start new. Thank god. While they make great neighbors the house was less than great to look at. Inside was immaculate, but there was no helping the outside. And now, holy crap, there is NOTHING left.
